The sad part is that if the one bird is a rooster he will have to go per city ordinance. But on a positive side the person getting this bird will be getting a rooster that loves to be held and sit on laps.

HELP!!!!!!!!!
We have an 8 bird flock and we need help. In the pics is one of our 13 week old Buffs we are concerned that this my be a rooster.
Can the community help us out and tell us what you think. Where we live we are not allowed to have roosters and if it is we will have to find a home for it. Has anyone ever seen a bird look somewhat like a rooster and still be a hen?
Please let me know what you think this bird is.
