Is there a reason she is so scrawny, are the other birds bullying her away from the feed? If so add a feeding area where she can find it., same with water. Does she have worms or mites?

I hate to think of her going through life as the "scrawny chicken."

The other chickens do bully her away from the feed. Me and my mom have just started to try deworming them.
