Buff orps crazy vultures?

I have two three month old buff orp sisters

THey are almost as big as my RIR

One thing I noticed they are the more fierce predators out of all the hens.

Is that just cause they are young? They catch mice so easy.

Every chicken is different. Some of my buff Orpington are go getters, others never leave the shed. I find them in the middle, but most of mine are decent free rangers.

I see your posts often and must say Toronto must be a crazy place.
Most of your posts are about something killing something else or what would be best to kill something else.
I'm in central USA out in the country with predators galore but seems pretty tame compared to how it sounds up there.
