Buff Orps - three weeks - pullet or roo?

I know the answer is probably, "You'll have to wait and see"

But these two are confusing me...

#1 - Henry/Henrietta - feathered out first, but has larger comb, thicker legs from the start, and is shy





#2 - Fran/Frank - Least feather growth of all my birds, small comb, and very inquisitive





I think the second one acts like a boy...but I really have no idea! Any guesses are appreciated

Honestly, right now they are both looking like boys to me

It's a little early to tell, but look how pink their combs already are, even if they aren't that big. Hoping I'm wrong though...

Well, if they both turn out to be boys...I'll just have to get a few more girls to even things out, right?
