Buff polish cockerel?

I have a buff laced polish chicks that I’m wondering the gender of. It’s about 6 weeks old now, which I know is young but, It seems to have a very different crest shape and a very visible comb. It’s also attempting to pick a lot of fights with the other chicks. The photos I attached are a few days old and I can upload newer ones if need be. Any opinions?

It has some funky feathers, I think it's too early to say.

it appears to be younger than 6 weeks. If not, it isn't a full polish - cockerels and pullets will have full feathered crests at 6 weeks.

My bad, I mixed up my dates. Its hatch date was May 1st. The photos were almost a week old. I’ve attached photos from today for better reference. I think I’ll have to wait awhile longer. It just looks so different from my older pullets.

We hatch Polish here like crazy and I have never seen a crest like that before.

Where do you get it from?

I purchased it at Wilco In a group. I did ask where their shipment came from and the said Meyer hatchery. None of their crests look like this though. I’ve included photos of the two other I picked up and one I picked up much earlier on. There crest appear to have a much more normal shape.
