Buff rock with black tailfeathers?

My buff Plymouth Rock pullet has black tail feathers. Also note the black dots on her neck. Is this normal for the breed?

Black should not be on a buff rock. I think what you have is actually a new hampshire. Are it's feathers red, or a dark yellow?

It's like a dark buff color

if it's not colored like these it's not a buff rock. I still think it's a mix or new hampshire.
