Buff rooster?

Approx 5 months old. No crowing. Developing slower than my other buff roosters. Smaller comb, wattle and not as big of a tail. Wondering if he could be a she? There are some shiny saddle feathers coming through. Not sure if this can be a female trait with these guys. Thanks for looking!

That's a cockerel, & a very slow to grow one too.

I thought so! I believe this was my "runt" I almost lost soon after hatch and has been growing slower than the rest since the beginning. Just wanted to be sure. Thank you

You're welcome. I have myself a cockerel who is slow to get in his rooster feathers too, but it's a mixed breed bantam.
