Buff Sussex and soft eggs

I have six hens all about 26 weeks old. The two marans are laying perfect eggs every day The two Rhode Island Reds are not laying at all yet and the Buff Sussex are laying every second or third day but their eggs are soft and rubbery I started adding crushed oyster shell to their diet but no improvement. They're all being fed on layers pellets and greens such as lettuce, a bit of mashed potato and porridge as treats.

Tonight when they were being put to bed we found another soft egg on the ramp up to the house.

Can anyone please help? I don't know what else to do......

Hi and welcome to BYC.
The soft eggs can be a problem with new layers and layers that aren't getting enough calcium, but you've already addressed that problem.
