i just typed "buff x blue chicken" into google and it came up with these beautiful half buff, half blue Orpingtons! Has anyone ever tried breeding this before? If so, how did they turn out? I'm thinking I might try and breed some one day

^ this is when he was younger. He had a black head for awhile before it molted out.

I had more pics when he was older but cannot find them. His tail was way longer than this.
Unfortunately he became super aggressive so he’s no longer with us.

I'm not sure if it would make a difference but do you know if the buff was the dad or the mum to this rooster?

Mom was buff and Dad was blue. Every one of her eggs hatched a boy lol chicks either were blue and buff as chicks or black with brown faces. Brown changed to buff.
