Good morning!
I've come to realize I probably spend too much time over analyzing everything when it comes to my flock... Alas, I'm happy to be among those who understand.
Anyway- this morning I was cleaning up the coop and noticed 1 little bug in the pine shavings under the roost.
Does this look like a red mite or something else? I've scoured google images but confirmation would be re-affirming.
In the past, I have gone in at night to check for red mites and have never found any that I'm aware of. Better to catch it early if it is, right!?
