Bugs from chickens. How to treat?

I think my chickens may have bugs. I have a chicken I have to hand feed because he's crossbeaked, and after it was over I found 3 bugs on me. The pictures I've attached are blown up by the way, the bugs aren't that big.

I have put ivermectin pour(2 drops) several days ago on all of them at the base of their necks.

Do I need to use more?

Louse. Go get some permithrine poultry dust, dust your coop and chickens according to the directions. I don't think invermectin works topically but I've never had need for it.

Ivermectin Pour On will work topically for lice and mites, but you do need to apply it to the skin of the bird along the base of neck. Not sure if "2drops" would be a correct dose or not since it's dosed by weight.
Weigh your bird and dose him at 0.045 ml per pound of weight, then repeat in 10 days.

Using Permethrin is always a good idea too.
