Can I use ivermectin pour-on at the same time as ivermectin oral?

There is poultry lice in our flock so yesterday we dosed each chicken with ivermectin pour-on (.05ml/lb). We then found tapeworms in one of the chickens stool and ordered Zimecterin Gold (ivermectin/praziquantel). Will it be harmful to give them the zimecterin orally if they’ve already been dosed with ivermectin topically? If so how long should we wait to give them the zimecterin gold? We plan to do the topical pour on again in 10 days as we have seen advised for lice control.

My personal opinion would be to read both labels VERY carefully.
Ivermectin applied topically does penetrate the dermis, and could have a combined effect with an oral dose.
Check the application intervals on both labels and err on the side of caution.
