bugs in chicken coop

they look like lighenting bugs with their wings closed except these dont seem to have wings,
any ideas?
and are they harmful to my birds?

I'd say free food lol.
I use DE, lyme and occasionally sweet PDZ. I haven't had any bugs except flies

I have begun using food grade DE. We'll see how it works. I heard about Sweet PDZ as well; haven't tried it yet.
