Building a coop:D

We're building a new coop this year and several chicken tractors. I need the coop to be big enough for around 30 hens. Could somebody pretty please give me the measurements?

10x10 or 12x12, 12x10 should work and would actually give extra room! Good Luck!!!

 

[Cargo]

Coop: 30x4= a MINIMUM of 120sf but more is better. This is for inside the coop.
Run: 30x10= a MINIMUM of 300sf but more is better. This is for outside the coop.
