Building a duck pond

Ok People, so i have 9 ducks, 5 male 4 female, i have a little pond and i want to build a new one. But therres so many problems, so.. heres what i needs;

Strong sides so that the banks dont fall in
A drainage system CUZ ITS SOO HARD TO CLEAN THEM OUT!!
Its on a hill, and they all ove a good bath,

any suggestions on what i could do?
