I'm building it this weekend but I'm really torn as to what type of bottom to use. I'd like to ask here what you have tried and what works best for you. I've looked at about 100 threads and seen loads of pictures. But I'm asking what is working for you. Have you actually tried any of the other types of bottoms to your PVC feeder and what did you like or dislike about that style?
Sanitary tee - Wye? It gets confusing when you look too long.
I have already decided if I use an elbow with the trough style (seems cheepest) it will either have chicken wire to keep them from tossing the food around or it will have the holes drilled for their heads. Even with a chick feeder these 3 manage to make a horrible mess. LOL.
