Gee, thanks! I studied the predator and coop forums right here on BYC for 3 months before I started building. Then I took my time, working on my Saturdays off and that took another couple of months. I built the coop first for 2 hens, then added 6 chicks. I built the run for additional space before I got the next batch of chicks. I used lots of used materials that I scrounged up. Just remember, it doesn't have to be perfect, just secure. My carpentry skills are lacking as my coop is 8'1"x6'2"x7'11"x6'3"............it was SUPPOSED TO BE 6X8'

Thankfully, the girls don't care and nobody has ever hauled out their measuring tape to let me know how off kilter it is.

I built a hoop run with bowed over cow panels covered with hardware cloth. It went up real easy and I skirted it all around with 2"x2"x2' wire that I laid flat on the ground and hog ringed to the run/coop wire.

This is amazing! I hope to replicate your run
