Building chicken coop

So I was wondering how much of a size for 2 chickens and Another 1 chicken. To build a chicken house I’ve looked online and it’s a bunch for 14-16 chickens I don’t know how big of a size should I do for 3 chickens

The general rule is 3-4 square feet of floor space (taking into account feeders or waterers take up space) and 10 square feet of run per chicken. I would also highly recommend building bigger than you think in case you decide you want more later.

Are you planning on free ranging?

Don't believe the prefab coops marketing about how many birds they say they can hold.
