Oh Brother! I've worked myself to the bone and now you want me to install a downspout. Even Leonardo Da Vinci never completely finished a project.

Sorry, I just see these things.
Water will likely pour down from gutter right next to foundation block and erode the ground under it. If gutter is angled towards door and other end is capped.
You could have just taken down planter boxes.

Oh brother! Now I'll go to the scrapyard and look for a downspout and no (under penalty of death) will my wife let me take down the planter boxes!
