building my coop

so i pretty much woke up and decided to build a chicken coop, i have 4 chick right now, but plan on getting a few more very soon as i dont know if they are hens or roos... (let me know if you have any hens in Kingston Ontario)
looking for your feedback on my coop\
outdoor coop will be built next weekend, and be roughly 10X10 minimum

Everything I'm seeing looks great. I went one photo too far and spotted a couple great old Penn reels. That Penn 500 is a classic! Got a couple just like it.
