Building my first coop, construction begun

I have started building the walls and floor. Going to be a 4x8 lean to style with about a 6 foot run attached. Any suggestions on anything is appreciated it's my first go at this kind of work, but here goes!!!!

This is my nesting boxes. We have 6 chickens, I found on craigslist free fruit boxes so I created this. They are 12x16x16, any thoughts?
