Fermented feed for chickens

Pics
I was recently doing small jar of fermented feed for my chickens, all was good until .....yesterday...

This is what I got since I fermented this yesterday so it was less than 24 hours, the smell is still of grains smells, but what is that white floating bubbles on the top?

Also no bubbles on the side of the jar

Tap water left out 24 hours, this water was used for fermentation of feed.

What is this? Should I throw it out?

It's just kahm yeast, harmless and completely fine to feed the birds (although it can smell a bit). Feed it to the birds and start over if it bothers you, otherwise just ignore it
