Not easily seen is the landscape fabric staples that I'm using to hold down the hardware cloth until grass can grow up and through. I got started on that today and will finish up tomorrow.

But that this point, the exterior is done aside from painting! We're actually expecting our first snow this week so giving them another week to grow while we finish this up won't hurt.

He did get a spring put on the door too! It snaps back shut behind me which is nice.

Hope it's warm enough for the paint to fully cure.
Are you painting the inside too?
If so, best to wait a good long time for the VOC's to dissipate.

Have those springs on all my coop and runs doors.
Just don't pair them with self locking latches
