They sound, well, somewhat unreliable. Hopefully they get it fixed without any further issues.
The problem is, I think, that they don't send someone specifically to repair something. They wait until their installation crews are in the area and can get by to check on your issue, but they are still mainly there to build something for someone else. That tells me that they will not have the right repair supplies with them if it entails new metal since they won't carry every color in the world with them. AND, mine has that insulation sheeting under the metal. They better not tear that up because we spent a pretty penny to have it done during construction rather than have my poor husband hang from the rafters to install it himself. They'd better bring a fresh roll with them if they must remove screws, which will leave holes in the bubblewrap insulation, compromising its effectiveness.
