The new silver golden trio and silver golden pair I can’t wait to see how these birds produce.

Will you nuc the feathers to kill any eggs or bugs?
I have tied flies in the past and every time I see your pheasants......wow!

I wash them in a mite solution let them dry put them away. some borax into the feathers.
Still separating the feathers I will get pics in a bit. Doing two whole birds tonight. Be back in a jiffy

Do you let the Pheasants out during the day for more access to sunlight? I've always been told to let them range. Just wondering because I'm looking at building pens like yours and putting a clear plastic roof on to allow for more natural light wondering if its worth the extra money? Thanks

The pheasants are in the pens they are in and that’s it. If u had a big open area with unlimited money I would have both with natural trees n shrubs so it’s up to u on how u want to build it just remember if u build it better from the start it will last longer n plus u can always change what u put into their. Keep in mind cleanout. And collecting eggs.
