I AM SO EXCITED FOR EGGS. I love hatching.

Your buildings are all awesome. I have tried to build a few things, but I was never "taught" so I just kind of make things up as I go along. Like quilting. I have a hard time wrapping my brain around math, so I use a lot of feeling and intuition. It's like large scale crafting.

I'll get better with practice.

well got water unfrozen in the well like five seconds ago....yeah....WATER..so was wondering on peoples thoughts of a cabinet incubator...which would be the best..i was thinking gqf but heard from a couple breeders that the motor failed on theirs several times...i know i got all these coolerbators...but with the new expensive birds that will be coming in this year....i will need a very precise unit...tragopans are also coming...(TONY)...i have another breeder as well so they will be split so no brother sister stuff going on....also mom wants me to get some impeyans....and silvers....as well....and once i build the peafowl coops then all the current coops will be emptied...and i ll need replacement of the coops with birds....

I have heard the same thing with gqf's. I would go with one of the redwoods.

You can normally get a used redwood incubator for about 300 or 400 on craiglist or something normally. They do normally need replacement parts though.

so just got an email from greenfirefarms and they will have my birds.....yes...i can not tell you how happy i am ....they will ship with vs9-3 and 6 cemani and 6 honas...in late march early april...YES YES AND YES....finally...and i even got a number for them..my original email must not have went thru because when i sent the other email...boom there was the reply...

well see if the birds show up...i have noticed with these birds they are very unknown on their breeding habits and when birds can be available...so ill keep everyone updated...as this is big news for me...now to focus on the lamona chickens and getting them here as well....then ofcourse tragopans...(tony)...and then im done for a bit....well maybe...well see how things go

Definitely keep us posted . I have always been interested in those two breeds since I got chickens lol.
