Thought I would let everyone know that we are setting 100 fibro eggs within the next couple of days. Be back now that we have our internet figured out.

Oh boy back to hatching.

So set three sets of fibro eggs. Have another set already waiting. Have 2 dozen miner blue gamefowl eggs showing up soon as well as a dozen redquil gamefowl eggs as well. The lacy gamefowl hen laid her first egg.

Birdman55 are there any books you can recommend on keeping pheasants

As for books I don't really read books. I just search online for information. The more u read the more info you gain. The more shows you go to the more farms you help out you get more info and hands on experience. Right now I'm at a friends house that has some of my chickens. Pic below.

That was some good lobster. Yummy.
Going to be getting some work done soon. Yes and hatch out this week also. 90 eggs. So we'll see what happens

So it has been a wild couple of days. A lot of work has gotten done. The weather has been absolute crap. Two days ago is was freeze rain that we were working in. At the end of the day we were cold n soaked. Then in the morning before going to the lumber yard we get stuck and the big truck just sinks about a foot straight down. We got it out eventually made it back home and started to work. While it was rainy during this whole time then it begins to switch to snow and now we have four inches on the ground here r some pics

It's been a rough couple of days for sure n to top it off the usps lost my shipment of eggs in the mail... grrr.

So I got a miner blue rooster and got to go to Detroit and went to an Asian supermarket. Everything from eel to cuddlefish, to large lobster, and of course check out the jackfruit and live soft shelled turtle.

So u guys can see a collapsible pen. I should be getting a bunch from Texas. Also the single black chicken is a ayam cemani n those other brown chicks are actually redquill gamefowl chickens then u have majority black is svart Hona with two lacy gamefowl chickens. Single one is redquill gamefowl. So happy they hatched cause the power went out for two days I had to run the coolerbator from my vehicles battery. Which died and then I had to jump the batteries several times

That's good. Really glad I'm not trying to hatch anything right now. Its bad enough that I've lost 2 days of work and was shorted on Wednesday because the power was out and it was getting too cold in there to work. Really hoping that they're open tomarrow.
