Building Run

We wanted to build a nice run for our girls even though at the moment we have more boys . Never have built anything like this before. The goat shed you'll see in pictures was built by my wife's son he's a contractor.
Started with a concrete foundation/boarder. It's 6" deep. Lots of predators out here. We're in the foothills of Northern California. The coop in picture is from Tractor Supply not very good will be replaced when some other projects are done.

Then the walls. The tall end wall will be removed when new coop is built. Chickens inspecting progress.

That looks terrific.

The only think I'd have done differently was to allow more roof overhang to shade it from low sun angles.
