bulb temp ??

Ok the little bulb therm. that comes with the incubator how good are they?
Last time It read at about 99.9 to 100.
I had chicks hatch out on 20 & 21 days , my accurite is reading below it , right now I have 100.1
on the bulb, 98.6 in and 99.0 out on the prob. I'm going to get a wiggler this time and mine has a fan.
What else should I get ?
My hum is 49 I want to get it all right befor I put eggs in on sunday.

I'd put the probe in the weasel and go with that. You'll be OK

I would bring the humidity down a bit. When you put the eggs in it tends to go up.
