Buldging eye?

Trying to get some info for someone that asked about her orpington that has a buldging eye.She said it has happened more than once over the past few years and wonders what causes it.She said the hen eats,drinks fine and other than the eye seems fine.Have any idea for her?

More details are needed,but could be a sinus infection. Any weeping from eye any bubbles in eye?

She said no sneezing or watery eyes,it is both eyes,said she would try to get a picture,I did tell her it might be a sinus infection as posted above,also to try Vet Rx.
