bullied hen

Hey Aart, thanks for replying. The Plymouth Barred Rock rooster is about 10-11 months old. Thinking of culling the hen, not the rooster since he isn't bullying the other hens. I have four adjoining pens that the flock has access to, totaling about 2,800 sq. ft. My coop is raised and they go in that area for dust baths or cool off in the summer. Don't have any structure per sae for them to hide out in. Feeding 16% layer with boss and a sheaf of alfalfa every two or three days. Thanks
