The enclosure is 10' x 15' x 6'. It is a dog kennel reinforced with machine cloth all around and 12" into the ground. The coop is right in the middle. It is a Chicken Saloon Rambler. Can't get the video to load from my phone

Yes, that's the coop I have. The listing said it was good for up to 10. There are 6 nesting boxes, the 10x15 pen and I free range them most of the time. Do I need bigger? This one?:

Pretty small, even for just 3 birds. even with a big run.

Up until a few weeks ago, there weren't any problems and I had 4 hens then. One was killed by a hawk a three days ago.Yes, that's the coop I have. The listing said it was good for up to 10. There are 6 nesting boxes, the 10x15 pen and I free range them most of the time. Do I need bigger?
Yeah, prefabs population numbers are almost always grossly false. The listing said it was good for up to 10.
Means nothing...just bad design. There are 6 nesting boxes
Like I said, these are my first chickens and first coop. I will definitely build my own coop next time. This one looked nice but hardly lasted a year before things started to deteriorate. Live and learn.Yeah, prefabs population numbers are almost always grossly false.
