I have not incubated my flock's eggs before so I am new to the whole "Bullseye" egg thing. I currently have a young cockerel in with my flock, he just recently started crowing about a week and a half ago and attempting to step on my hens about two weeks ago. I decided to crack open an egg to check for the bullseye mark and do not know what I am seeing. I have never checked an egg before though I have searched on here and found various picture examples. I apologize for the quality of the picture.

While I can't see your picture well, what you are looking for is the white dot that is on all yolks.
In an infertile egg, it will just be a white dot, like a period. In a fertile egg it will be the same white dot with a circle around it.

If your rooster is young, it may take him a little time to figure things out. Awkward teenager.

The circle is generally white in fertile eggs. I can't get a good picture with my phone.

Compare your egg to the pictures in other threads.

Of you sent incubating, fertility doesn't change the egg. If you plan to incubate, you can always put a few in as a test. Within a week you'll be able to see veining if you candle them.
