I have 11 hens. My coop and run are fairly large but fully enclosed due to predators. I have two separate feeding/watering areas. At first on.y one of my hens seemed to be losing feathers due to bullying but now I noticed another one of my hens with Injuries. I am not sure which one of my other hens is the bully but I have my suspicions. I have seen my RIR mounting one of her flock mates as a rooster would do. Here are pictures of the two girls with injuries. Any help would be great.

It is exactly what I am dealing with. You have a bully in your flock. Find her, put her in "jail" and it will save the others. I am using saddles with the injured hens until they heal ( the others started pecking at the exposed skin and blood). They are starting to heal and it is also more peaceful. I have isolated the bully for a few weeks and try to reintroduce her to the flock every 5-7 days but she still is bullying. I will try peepers next because winter is coming and she needs to be back in the flock.
