Bully BCM chick is picking on other chick

I have a problem and am not sure just what the best remedy is. I have 4 chicks that are 11 weeks old. (posted pics a while back). 4 different breeds: BCM, BLRW, Barnvelder and Ameraucana. The BCM has pecked the back of the Ameraucana and the Barnvelder to the point of creating a sore/scab. Has not bothered the BLRW tho'.

The chicks are in a penned area inside the gazebo where the 4 Columbian Wyandottes live. I have to get this resolved quickly before any more damage is done to the poor victims.

How much room do they have, as in square feet? Pecking like this is usually a sign of an aggressive or bully bird or birds stressed from not enough space rather then the bird being a rooster.

Their pen is 9 x 3.5 = 31.5 sq ft

They have a roost bar and a tub with bedding that they can stand on. I know I will need to provide a larger space in the future as they mature, but what they have now seems large enough for them. What do you think?

Do they have a run they get out in or are they in that space all the time? Chickens are busy creatures and boredom may be an issue, since one is causing problems I'd try to get them into a larger space as soon as possible. Adding things to do may help, put some dry leaves or hay down for them to "forage" in, toss some scratch grains or meal worms in along with it so they have something to find. But more room to roam may be the best thing you can do for them.

Just took these pics a few minutes ago. Does the BCM still look like a pullet? If so, she is a bully and maybe a 4H kid needs to give her a home. I hate to let her go, but I don't want a bully.

Looks like a hen to me. Her attitude might improve once she has more room and things to occupy her time. As long as this behavior doesn't become a bad habit in the meantime.

I think so, too. It will make me really sad if I have to rehome her, she is really pretty. I will give them some leaves to play in for now and start my "bigger pen" campaign with DH. LOL
But, I will rehome her if she doesn't mellow out. No mean chickens allowed here.

Yes... Although this is an old thread im interested on how things turned out. Was she a pullet or a cockerel?
