What to do with a bully baby chick. Ordered an Easter egger chick along with 14 other chicks. The Easter egger keeps pecking the other chicks in the eyes and beaks. What should I do?

We will be happy to help you sort out your situation (not an uncommon one) - a little more information will help us to do so. How old are the chicks now? Are they being kept in a brooder or coop and what are the dimensions of where they are? Is the pecking you have seen aggressive or curious in nature? Is the EE the only chick in which you are seeing what you feel is excessive aggression?
 
They are 3 days old from hatchery. In a brooder w heat light. They know where food and water is. They are in a blue storage tub Seems aggressive towards 3 yellow chicks. Size is 2x3. Maybe smaller
