Now lets hope when you bring this one back into the folk they don't start picking on him.. Or maybe try putting this one in with the smallest drake without the other one and see what happens.

All the other ducks have been welcoming to new comers. I have seen no aggressive behavior in the flock since I removed this guy I think he will be welcomed as long as he minds his manners
Great news, so now you know what to do if things get out of hand again!! good job!
This is something alot of us have to deal with when having more than one drake and it doesn't seem to matter if they each have females or not. I had 4 drakes total and for yrs I separated them all everyday started with my oldest who is now 11 and kept going with each drake that hatched here. So this year I had to make the hard decision to re home 2 of my youngest and even though i still have to keep my 2 left separated it is much quieter and of course no fighting now. Each drake had their own females too so it wasn't that it was dominance only. So i see you have 2 choices either keep them separated or re home I don't know of anything else that can be done. Thankfully both my drakes went to pet homes they weren't on the menu. I don't even let my Muscovy's hatch ducklings because I know I'll end up with more drakes and start the process all over again it so hard to part with them.I am first to admit i don't have a clue what i am doing with ducks!!
the problem I am having is with the drakes (of course) I have a Khaki and a blue swede and both have 2 females to them selves, I tend to free range during daytime during the night all are enclosed..
the drakes however are impossible to get along...I have tried solitaire confinement and i have put them together in a pasture and they literally run across the acreage to get at each other...Generally it is the blue Swedish drake the runs and attacks my Khaki
is it just the breed of duck that the swede just will not get along? My khaki just leaves everyone alone generally but i don't know what to do with the swede drake.. I can separate them at night but I would prefer not to have to have the drakes fighting all the time if the khaki happens to be in the pond the B>S drake will hold him under the water..they have to have CONSTANT supervision;
HELP
thanks
