Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I have three hens. Chick-Chick, Lucy & Ethel. All have been together for a few years. Within the last month Lucy has been picking on Chick-Chick something awful. When she does it, Ethel will jump in and beat pick on Chick-chick as well. The poor thing is always trying to avoid them. I've caught them cornering her, standing on her and pecking her. When that happens I separate for awhile, but I'm not always home. Any suggestions? I'd hate to have to build another coop for just 1 chicken, but I'm afraid they could kill her. Help, please!

Rehome the bullies and get some more chickens!

Or you could trim the bullies beaks or put some anit picking devices on them.
