I have 2 RIR and 2 Black Sexlinks which are about 18months and have been together the whole time. A RIR and Black Sexlink are bully the other RIR to the point where she stays up in the coop all day long. She pretty much sits on the roosting rod during the day and at night she moves down to the poop tray. My coop is 6ft X 5ft with the run over twice that size. Not sure what to do?? I brought some food and water up to the coop so that she will eat cuz she wont go down to the run where the food and water is located. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

There will always be a bottom bird unfortunately, you have two breeds that are known to be a bit more crabby with other hens. There's not much you can do, it's the way of the flock dynamics.

Yours may be staying on the roost more because she isn't feeling up to par, or has lost her confidence, are your hens molting yet, this can slow a bird down. My lower hen has gone back to hiding in the donkeys feed trough, I feed her in there. Sorry, we do tend to root for underdog.
