Chickens don't play nice with special needs chickens, especially when the crippled bird was a top hen before she became disabled. I very seriously doubt that your special needs hen can ever be reintegrated with her former coop mates. I think that your hens are dishing out loads of grief to Lily because Lily dished out loads of grief herself.
