Bullying,how can I stop it

My flock is bullying a hen who hurt her leg. She's ok except for a limp, but they won't leave her alone, and she often can't eat or drink, I've had to separate her. Also, my hens are often eating their eggs, can this be corrected? I'm already supplementing with oyster shells.

Egg eating is often from a protein deficiency. What is the protein percentage of your feed? What else do you feed?

Picking can be from not enough room so bottom birds can get away. How big is your set up? How many birds?
