Bullying?

So I have a top hat hen whom has sorta been fighting the other hens in some way or just scareing them away from the rooster or from the nesting boxes. Now she is warming up to hawk and letting her be around the rooster and in the nesting boxes but the brown hen whom is bigger than her and older she just keeps her away from the rooster and the nesting boxes, Like what the heck? She is always picking on the brown hen. I still don't understand any ideas on what is going on?

How big is your set up? How old are they? How many birds?

3 females and 1 male 7x13 is the set up and the age I really don't know I got them apart from one ready to lay eggs... So..... yeah..

How long have you had them? How long have they been together? So each bird was brought in as an individual?

The rooster and top hat were bought together but the other 2 were bought at different times Note: I bought hawk first whom is not the top hat hen

If there's no blood being drawn I would let them work it out. Generally it's the polish being bullied, but yours have the rooster as an ally, which gives her power.
