I have a small flock of 4 hens all raised up together for about a year now and I’ve noticed the past 3 days one has not been around the food when I throw it out for them so today I put her by the food next to the others and she got pecked instantly by one of the other 3 what should I do to fix this?

When you say tossing out the food is this their feed or treats like scratch? Is she eating at all? How many feeders do you have?

It’s their feed I also add in mealworms when I put it out and I notice she’s eats from it when the other ones leaves

That's normal, if she's a low ranked bird it's proper for her to eat after the others. When you tried to force her to front of the line, the others attacked her because it's not her place to eat first - she "cut in line" basically.

Doesn't sound like there's an issue as long as she gets to eat eventually.

It's only four birds but a second widely spaced feeder might be in order. But, yes, as long as she eventually get to eat I don't see a problem.
