I didn't realize the new ones were still young as well. Definitely keep the drakes separated as the younger one isn't as able to defend himself yet. I'd even keep the young female separated from the older flock for now especially since she would technically be a single integration if you have the new drake off by himself.Tractor supply. They were not sexed . I didn't realize having another male would cause this.
He is going after both but the male seems to have more feathers missing and skin showing. They both stay huddled together in their duck house .
It is hard to rehome a drake unless someone is specifically looking for one.
When I decided to get more females, I looked locally and found some. I couldn't chance getting more drakes and then having to rehome.
Also not mentioned, fb has some barter/trade groups. I once let one of my muscovy hatch a small handful and 2 turned out to be drakes. I was able to find them a new home via a trade.
