I raised and showed chickens as a kid and through my high school years. I didn't realize how much I loved taking care of animals until my daughter sold her cattle herd. I needed a "herd' I could easily manage on my own. So, I bought 20 pullets and started my flock. It is a joy to care for them every day. My husband built me the best ever coop. Here's to a new life chapter.
