Bum leg and injured wing

I have 35 meat birds that are 2 weeks old. One of them is having trouble walking… seems she has a bum leg. They all have the wide legged stance already. Would it do any good to take that stretchy tape and kinda tag the legs together? She’s dragging herself to the feeder and waterer, I think she got caught in a stampede with the birds got harassed by a dog. I went home for lunch and took pics. Her wing is damaged now - it wasn't this am - here are pics of her...









What do I need to do? She's already delayed in the weight department. :-( Thanks!
