Bumble...again

Probably my third time posting on bumble but I just can’t control it. My Peking hen and Welsh hen have both had since 2021( my Peking since maybe even late 2020). I feel horrible they have had for so long, but I’ve tried everything and nothing is working. I finally separated the ducks from the chickens, and the ducks live on solid straw/the clean soft grass they free range on almost every day. I used to struggle with bumble a lot, but after this new set up no new cases have appeared. But the two old cases haven’t changed. The Pekins have reduced in size which was wonderful! But they still aren’t completely gone. Mean while the Welshes haven’t changed a bit. They don’t seem bothered, no limping or any irritation...but it’s still a Constant lurking fear that the infection will somehow get to their bones. I have used veterinary subscribed antibiotics, used wraps, have tried soaking, and still hasn’t made a dent. Just not sure what to do. If they’ve been fine this long with they continue to?
Anyways. I’m grateful for this knowledgeable community. Thank you to any one who helps

I finally had good luck getting rid of it using Epson Salt Poultice from Durvet. It’s green & goopy. Apply generously over the puncture spot, then wrap with vet tape. Reapply & change daily.

It’s a slow process- took weeks- but it drew the infection eventually to the surface (like a hard ball of a scab) and never came back.
