My Bean struggles with chronic bumble. Iodine soaks, epsom salt soaks, and foot wraps is what our vet recommended.
I suggest bringing her inside for a few days and wrapping the foot so she's got pressure off it, either a neoprene duck bootie or cut a soft silicone medical pad (I use these) and then secure it with vet tape. Every night soak the foot in tepid water with Epsom salt and enough iodine so that color of the water looks like weak tea. Keep it up for a week, and see how her feet look.
If she doesn't improve, you'll need to get her on antibiotics and pain meds. Poor thing sounds like she's reluctant to put any weight on it at all. Meloxicam is standard, but you might want to request gabapentin for the big ouchies.
