Bumble foot, amonia burn or something else?

A couple of my girls feet look like this. I dont know if its bumble or amonia burn though. Also I don't know if its because they sleep up in the rafters and then jump all the way down in the mornings, they have a wood ladder roost but dont use it. So I may need to take those rafters off. Grateful for any advice, thanks!

Hi, looks like a small bumble to me. I likely would not want my birds roosting that high. All it would take to start a bumble is a landing on something with a jagged edge. Just my 2 cents worth.
