Bumble foot and swelling

I pulled the scab off two days ago and didn't find a "corn" to get out. It's still very swollen and he's not able to put weight on it. What else can I do at home to help?

Can you get aqua mox and treat him with oral antibiotics for a week, keep doing Epsom salt soak daily, antibiotic cream and then wrap it.
